Who am i? 

My name is Matt Tracy and I am the founder of One Percent Closer. Thank you so much for visiting the site and I sincerely hope you gain value from reading the blog. For more about me, I am a professional martial artist, currently teaching at United Martial Arts Centers in Briarcliff Manor, NY (https://umacnation.com/). My mission in life is to inspire and empower children and adults with the confidence, discipline, and leadership skills to reach their full potentials so that they may life inspired and fulfilling lives! I’ve been training in the martial arts for the past 15 years and teaching for the past 6. I believe that martial arts are one of the best ways to develop “success skills” but I hope to expand this teaching beyond the dojang to impact more people. This blog is just one way that I hope to impart the values and lessons I learn to you, the reader. I am also an aspiring real estate investor, looking to purchase my first small multifamily property in the next year in Westchester, NY. Enjoy the blog and please reach out with any questions!
